We will keep the information for as long as you wish, or as long as you wish to have an active relationship with Orchard Place Baptist Church. We operate an annual review of this, and will remove data for anyone not having an active relationship. We may keep certain records for longer, for example some safeguarding records, or some financial records for a minimum of 7 years to support HMRC audits.

Your information is held so that we may contact you as per your agreement, and is held  by the Church Secretary either in paper form in a locked storage cupboard, or in electronic form maintained and password protected.
